A: No. We believe in keeping the flavour as pure and vibrant as Ning Ning intended. Our sauces contain no artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours.

Q: What common allergens are present?
A: While our sauces do not contain common allergens like dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, or soy, please note that they are produced in a facility that may handle other common food allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact us directly for more detailed information.

Q: Where are the ingredients sourced?
A: We prioritise the freshest, highest-quality ingredients available. We work with trusted (local when available) suppliers to source our peppers and fresh components, ensuring the integrity and intensity of flavour that defines every bottle of Ning Ning's.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship your artisan sauces? A: We currently ship to all postcodes across the United Kingdom (including Great Britain and Northern Ireland). Please check our Shipping Policy page for a complete list of any international options we offer.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Q: How are the glass bottles packaged to prevent breakage? A: We understand the importance of safe delivery! We use sturdy boxes and eco-friendly, custom-designed packaging to ensure your sauces are cushioned and protected from bumps and drops during transit.

Our No-Return Policy

To ensure the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any pepper sauce once it has been shipped, regardless of whether the seal is intact. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal taste preferences.

Our Replacement Guarantee

While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to enjoy Ning Ning’s flavour to the fullest!

We will gladly replace any item at no additional cost to you under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged in Transit: If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged.

  • Incorrect Order: If we sent you the wrong heat level or flavour by mistake.

  • Defective Packaging: If there is a visible issue with the safety seal or bottle integrity upon arrival.

How to Request a Replacement

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Take a Photo: Snap a clear picture of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

  2. Contact Us: Email our team at hi@ningnings.co.uk with your order number and the photo attached.

  3. Review: We will review your request and, if approved, ship out a fresh replacement bottle immediately.

Note: Please do not discard the damaged item until you have contacted us, as we may need the batch information from the label to maintain our quality control standards.
